Thanks John. I will be happy to do a TV show about the coffee house as soon as you are ready. I was delighted to hear that the DryHootch Coffee House serves Stone Creek Coffee. It is my favorite! I can't wait to visit!

Well John. The welcome mat is always open over here. Why don't you stop by some time for coffee and a chat. We are only 45 minutes from Greendale on HWY 32.

Thanks John for the offer. Laurie and I would love to attended but we still have one more barrier to participation. Transportation. We live in Kenosha and a little over a year ago I had to scrap our van because we could no longer afford to own/operate it. Although the Wisconsin Coach bus goes to Milwaukee, service is pretty skimpy on Sundays and I'm not sure how we would get to Greendale from where the coach stops. Life is tough for older Americans these days.

Nice photos, John. We'll have to get you to come out and help us with some of the Veterans Events we cover. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family, John.
Hi John,
Thanks for taking the time to share with me about the American Legion and Dryhootch. Please keep me in the loop and let me know how I can help. As you see I work nights but if I can help in anyway let me know, I'm there!

I'm all for Canine's For Independence & in my personal opinion, I think this type of program could do more for our Veterans than all the shrinks & physical therapists in the world. It has been proven that petting a dog or cat etc. lowers blood press…
